Once re-calculating the total, we were able to raise over $60,000 in one night. This total was inclusive of the overall total of tickets sold in addition to the total amount of money raised from the silent auction, paddle raise, and "Head and Tails" interactive game.

After our 8th Annual Make the Magic Gala had come to an end, my co-coordinator and I ensured to send out "Thank You" letters to each and every one of our donors and sponsors. Without their help, we would not have been able to raise as much money as we did. Stewardship is just as important as the planning and coordination of the event itself.
